Mr. Koley provides his expertise to government and non-government authorities as Company Secretary. He is on the panel of the Arbitrators in the Indian Council of Arbitration, and is also a visiting faculty member for subject on corporate laws at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, amongst several others. He has been serving on the Board of FXBIS since 2011.
Mr Kumar has over 25 years of professional experience in the social sector. His work has revolved around three broad themes – institutional growth & sustainability, program design & implementation, and operations management. He currently has an independent consulting and advisory practice. Besides FXBIS, he also serves on the boards of Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3), NEG-FIRE, Unniti Foundation and The DevNext Foundation, all Indian NGOs. He is an avid traveller, biker and sportsperson. Mr. Kumar joined the FXBIS board in 2012.
Manish Dubey is a policy analyst and author. He has over two decades of consulting experience with national and state governments, multilateral and bilateral development agencies, domestic and international NGOs, and private philanthropies. He has authored two books of crime fiction and writes regularly for major national media outlets on Indian politics and society. Mr. Dubey joined the Board in February, 2019.
