About Chief Patron - A True Hero

In a special April 2003 issue on "Heroes", Time Magazine described Albina du Boisrouvray as an "alchemist" who turned private pain and personal wealth into loving care for vulnerable children and the estimated 100 million AIDS orphans expected in this decade.

A tragedy, the death of her son, led her to walk away from a successful career as a film maker to champion the cause of the tens of millions of vulnerable children left in the wake of the cruel HIV/AIDS pandemic. After selling most of the assets that she owned at that time, Countess Albina turned her grief into constructive initiatives by helping the less advantaged.
