Mamta Borgoyary
Chief Executive Officer

Area of Specialisation: Natural resource management, indigenous and rural livelihoods, public health, education, designing programme modules.

An agriculture economist by training, Mamta Borgoyary has more than 25 years of experience in the development sector. She has extensively worked across sectors including, health, education, water and sanitation, rural livelihoods and natural resource management. She has served as an expert in different missions of evaluations of DFID, UNDP, ADB and World Bank programme. Currently as the Chief Executive Officer of FXBIS, she is managing programmes and operations that directly benefit women and children across the 9 states in India.  Her work is centered on promoting the basic right of people to live a life of dignity and well-being. She has been actively promoting women from marginalised and vulnerable communities to emerge as social entrepreneurs and take charge of their and their family's life. She believes in investing in youth especially the adolescents, enhancing their access to knowledge and inculcating leadership skills for a better world. Mamta is a Synergos Senior Fellow and was recently selected by the US government for the International Visitors Leadership Program 2016 to share and exchange best practices on gender-based violence.

 

Dr. PSKP Raju
In-house Advisor, Medical

Area of Specialization: HIV/AIDS and Clinical Care.

Dr. Raju has over 37 years of experience in the medical field, of which 26 years were spent with the Government of Mizoram Health Services. He has also worked as Chief Medical Officer, casualty department at the State Referral Hospital of Pathology for 18 years. He underwent advanced training programmes in the field of HIV/AIDS, diarrheal diseases, oncology and immunohematology. He has served as Mizoram State Nodal Officer for AIDS and blood banking services. Dr. Raju’s association with FXBIS as Medical Advisor is much over a decade and a half during which he has contributed immensely to the care and treatment of HIV/AIDS infected as well as affected beneficiaries of the organisation.

Swati Chakraborty
Head - Monitoring, Evaluation and Research

Area of Specialisation: HIV/AIDS, gender based violence, property rights, trafficking and education.

Swati Chakraborty is an economist by training. She has more than 20 years of experience in research, monitoring and evaluation studies. Swati has worked extensively within South Asia on themes of education, gender based violence, property rights, trafficking and HIV/AIDS. Over the period of 20 years of professional experience, she has received opportunities to work with various national and international organizations as specialist M&E. Swati has conducted trainings and orientation workshops for project personnel, government officials and technical experts from varying domains. She has many published reports, articles, and papers to her credit. Swati has also conducted trainings for government (Centre and State) personnel and the academia in her chosen subject.

Suresh Chander
Manager – Finance & Administration

Area of Specialisation: NGO management, financial management, human resource development, financial and legal compliances.

Suresh Chander holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and carries with him nearly 15 years of experience in the development sector. He holds strong experience in administrative & financial management and matters related to legal compliance. He is responsible for managing finance, accounting, due diligence, office administration and human resources at FXBIS. He inspects the cash flows, auditing, taxation, balance sheets and programme/ project budgeting. He has in-depth knowledge and vast experience in managing UN, INGO’s, Global Fund, Corporates and Government grants. During his tenure at FXBIS, Suresh has exhibited assorted skills of managing grants funds, which require an analytical skill along with integrating between the technical and financial aspects of programme management.

Kiran Kumar
Programmes Manager

Area of Specialization: HIV/AIDS, rural public health, education and livelihoods, conceptualizing social business models.

Kiran Kumar holds a post graduate degree in social work and is pursuing PhD on ‘Girl Education amongst Fishermen Community’ from Andhra University, based on his vast and in-depth field experience. He has over 14 years of work experience in implementing large-scale HIV/AIDS and integrated rural development projects. His specialisation extends to water and sanitation, education and livelihood programmes in rural India. His tenure at FXBIS has spanned over a decade during which Kiran is known to conceptualise, strategise and implement scalable social entrepreneur models for SHGs in both rural and urban India.

Satya Prakash
Programmes Manager

Area of Specialisation: Child Protection & Safety, human trafficking, research, vulnerable community behavior & response, conceptualizing and operationalizing community building programmes and capacity building/training.

Satya Prakash holds an M. Phil degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics and has specialized on Social and Behavioral research at the University of Miami, USA. He has been Visiting Fellow at the Faculty of Social Science, University of Leiden, The Netherlands. Satya has worked extensively in the areas of Child Rights and combating human trafficking with more than 8 years of experience in the area of child protection & child development, child sexual abuse and juvenile justice as practitioner, researcher and trainer. He has implemented several projects supported by UN Agencies, Bilateral organization, Global fund, State and central Government built around these subjects. Satya also serves on the panel of experts for Child Resource Centre – a joint initiative of Department for Child Rights (DCR), Rajasthan and HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration to sensitize the state police, stakeholders and other CSOs working on similar themes. He has carried research studies commissioned by UNODC, UNDP & Harvard University  and has many articles and research papers to his credit.

Pranjita Borah
Programmes Officer

Area of Specialisation: Gender, child sexual abuse, child counselling, life skill training.

Pranjita Borah holds MA in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She has over 4 years of experience in the field of anti-human trafficking and child protection. She has worked extensively in the areas of child rights and combating human trafficking and had been part of various rescue operations held in and around the states of Delhi & NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana. She is experienced in providing counselling services to victims of human trafficking and sexual assault. Pranjita had also been involved in various research studies on the scenario of human trafficking in trafficking prone zones of the country. 

Charu Singh
Research & Communications Officer

Area of Specialisation: Decentralization and local governance, rehabilitation & resettlement (R&R), public health, qualitative M&E, advocacy and training.

Charu Singh holds a masters degree in Sociology from Delhi School of Economics and a diploma in Environmental Law from Indian Law Institute, Delhi. She has around 14 years of experience in research, communications & advocacy on issues of public health, HIV/AIDS, gender and indigenous livelihoods. Her involvement as Consultant with the Ministry of Panchayati Raj resulted in successful decentralization (open access) of bamboo for all tribal communities across India. She also helped develop a training module on R&R for policy implementers, which is currently in use by Land Resource department, Ministry of Rural Development. Charu has presented papers at several conferences and seminars on the aforementioned themes, besides conducting trainings on research methodology, R&R and workshops on life-skills and individual learning styles.

Prabhuranjan Priyadarshi
Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

Area of Specialisation: Data analysis and interpretation, designing M&E matrix, capacity building and training.

Prabhuranjan Priyadarshi has completed his Masters in Commerce from Magadh University, Bihar. He has nearly half a decade of professional experience in interpreting and analyzing  data, NGO management and capacity building of M&E unit, programme management, planning and implementation of M&E studies, data collection and prospect analysis. He also has   proficient knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and analytics and excellent understanding of NGO operations and analytics tools for effective utilization of data.Before FXB India   Suraksha, Prabhuranjan worked with FHI 360 in capacity of  Programme Officer- Monitoring & Evaluation in Technical Support Unit of UP State AIDS Control Society. Prior to this, he has   worked with HLFPPT as Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and India HIV/AIDS Alliance as Technical Officer- Monitoring & Evaluation.

Gaurav Singh Bisht
Administrative & Accounts Officer

Area of Specialisation: Finance

Gaurav Singh Bisht is an accounting professional with over 8 years of experience. He has recently received his MBA degree from the Sikkim Manipal University. He holds multiple skills covering several financial areas such as ledger analysis, financial statements, accounting/book-keeping, payment transactions, taxes, bank transactions, cash flow, ledgering, etc. dministration, Gaurav has also provided his input from time to time in organization website development as well as programme activitiessuch as Childline 1098 in NOIDA and Vihaan in N-E India.

Manoj Kumar
Accounts Officer

Manoj Kumar has been with FXBIS since its inception. He has contributed his services in various capacities and has gradually climbed the professional ladder through his sheer hard work and undeterred loyalty. His current profile includes maintenance of state teams’ ledgers, timely transfer of payments to state locations and other accounts related tasks.

Archana Maurya
Administrative Assistant

Archana Maurya has pursued her graduation from Delhi University. Her association with FXBIS has been for nearly 6 years during which she has contributed towards administrative tasks supporting the Finance & Administrative Manager. Archana is also our in-house content writer for publications in Hindi and is often assigned the role of anchoring FXBIS events besides giving voice-overs for Hindi scripts for in-house documentaries.

Prakash Kumar Sinha
Office Assistant

Prakash Kumar Sinha’s association with FXBIS dates back to the beginning of the Organisation. He is involved with all Secretariat office and bank related activities. His sincerity and dependability to efficiently perform all assigned errands has made him an indispensible part of FXBIS.

Shivakant Pandey
Office Assistant & Care-taker

Shivakant Pandey has been dedicatedly taking care of the Organisation pantry for close to 9 years. His culinary skills are par excellence and have always won the hearts of all at FXBIS family. He efficiently handles the pantry stock as well as in-house cleanliness of the Secretariat.

Rupesh Kumar
Chauffeur

Rupesh Kumar joined FXBIS 9 months back. He has been since escorting the Organisation personnel punctually for work related purposes. His polite demeanour and skillful driving sense have established Rupesh as an asset for the Secretariat.
