FXBIS strengthens public healthcare systems by improving the infrastructure, accessibility, and quality of healthcare services for underserved communities. Since 2025, FXBIS has supported the establishment of dialysis centres in government hospitals across five states — making affordable and continuous renal care accessible to low-income patients with chronic kidney disease.
The programme has also renovated PHCs and Health Sub-Centres in Assam, Meghalaya, and Puducherry, and supplied critical medical equipment to public hospitals in Bihar during the COVID-19 pandemic.
